Our New Media graduates are passionate about telling stories in new and exciting ways, using a variety of platforms; podcasts, YouTube channels, social media, and more. They play a crucial role in shaping the future of the media.

What can you expect from the programme?
A seven-week placement with the Press Association
Located at their HQ in Howden, the purpose of this time is to give successful applicants a full training in journalism, focusing on key skills that a multi-media reporter needs in the newsroom. This includes news writing, grammar, legal knowledge, writing for the web and producing video and audio content.
Learning on the job
Next, graduates will enjoy regional newspaper placements around the UK.
